Brad Westfall

Brad Westfall, Chief Executive Officer

Brad brings more than 35 years of healthcare experience to Coral Shores Behavioral Health. His expertise includes a vast range of knowledge including both clinical and behavioral health administration leadership. Brad began his career as a clinician working with adults and adolescents in a residential setting in Washington, DC. He gained valuable clinical experience on a 60 bed medical and psychiatric unit in West Virginia where he also developed a crisis response team for the emergency room. Brad joined Charter Medical in 1987 as the Director of Needs Assessment in Ocala, Florida. He was promoted quickly to a Corporate Divisional Director role and ultimately to CEO of a 75 bed acute behavioral health hospital in Virginia. Brad relocated to Orlando, Florida in 1992 with HCA for a 100 bed acute behavioral hospital. During his time with HCA Brad was trained in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing and was deployed throughout Florida to assist First Responders.

Brad transitioned to the independent, assisting living and memory care industry for seven years where he opened, operated and provided operational oversight for several 120 bed facilities in central Florida. He was led back to behavioral health in 2007 when he served as a Divisional Director of Admission Services supporting up to 35 hospitals spanning from Puerto Rico to Alaska. Brad was promoted to the CEO at Coral Shores Behavioral Health in the spring of 2017.

Brad received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and achieved his master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of St Francis in Joliet, IL.


Katie Liogier-Weyback

Katie Liogier-Weyback, RN
Chief Nursing Officer

Katie has worked in acute psychiatric nursing leadership for the last six years. In addition to her nursing degree, Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Old Dominion University. Katie is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration.”


Michael Corvaian

Michael Corvaia, Director of Business Development
Mike brings more than 17 years of leadership experience exclusively within the healthcare arena to Coral Shores Behavioral Health. Mike started his career in complex catastrophic pediatric healthcare then moved onto a VP role in Business Development and Operations. Mike’s passion is healthcare and the fact that every day he has the opportunity to deliver someone in need the best possible care available through making the right connections between the provider and the patient. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his Master’s degree in Business Administration/Healthcare Administration (MBA/MHA) from Saint Leo University.


Grace Irving

Grace Irving, Director of Admissions
Grace has over 19 years of clinical and counseling experience in the acute and residential mental health treatment settings in various roles including therapy, social work and mobile crisis. Grace earned her master’s degree in Clinical/Community Psychology from Norfolk State University and is a Certified Pre-screener in the state of Virginia.


Gina D’Alessandro

Gina Dalessandro, Director of Risk and Performance Improvement
Gina has more than 26 years of demonstrated nursing and leadership experience. She has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, home health, and federally-qualified health centers and higher education. Gina is a Certified Registered Nurse and Corporate Compliance Officer and earned her MSN with a concentration in Leadership in Healthcare from Jacksonville University.


Annette DiPiero

Annette DiPiero, Director of Human Resources
For over 25 years, Annette has been a human resources professional. She has worked in several settings including academic medicine, physical rehabilitation and consulting. Annette holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Albright College in Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston. Annette also holds the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources Management.


Shaun Ally

Shaun Ally, Director of Utilization Review
Shaun has more than nine years of experience helping patients in acute behavioral healthcare settings. He is currently credentialed by the State of Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor. He earned his master’s degree from Barry University.


Alison Saccento

Alison Saccento, Director of Health Information Management
Alison has eight years of leadership experience specific to behavioral healthcare in South Florida. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management from the College of St. Scholastica and is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA). Additionally, she earned her MBA from Florida Atlantic University with a concentration in International Business and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.


Charles Sisson

Charlie Sisson, Director of Plant Operations
Charlie Sisson retired from the U.S. Navy in 2003 as a Chief Machinist Mate after serving our country honorably for 23 years. He began working in a behavioral health facility in Virginia in 2005, and in 2016, he was selected to oversee the construction and ongoing facility management for Coral Shores Behavioral Health.
