Dustin Davis, Chief Executive Officer
Dustin has more than 18 years of diverse experience in healthcare administration, ranging from overseeing continuing care retirement communities to behavioral health hospitals. Dustin received his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Southeast Missouri State University and a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Lindenwood University. Dustin is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Florida.
Dr. Gerardo Olivera, M.D., Medical Director
Dr. Gerardo Olivera currently serves as the Medical Director at Coral Shores Behavioral Health. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and brings more than 26 years of experience in treating mental health issues. He completed his psychiatric residency at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Olivera gained expertise in Geriatric Psychiatry from his training at Mount Sinai Medical Center and in conducting Electro-Convulsive Therapy (ECT) through a fellowship at The ECT Service at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Olivera is a member of American Psychiatric Association and the American Medical Association.
Mike Sanchez, Chief Financial Officer
Mike has more than 18 years of financial management and leadership experience in the healthcare industry. He has worked for medical hospitals, nursing homes, as well as psychiatric hospitals in three different states. Mike earned his MBA from St. Bonaventure University, with a concentration in Accounting and Finance. Mike is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Julia Fortune, Director of Clinical Services
Julia has worked in the field of mental health for over 16 years with the majority of her experience in psychiatric hospitals. Julia earned a master’s degree in Social Work from Barry University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Licensed Health Care Risk Manager.
Grace Irving, Director of Admissions
Grace has over 19 years of clinical and counseling experience in the acute and residential mental health treatment settings in various roles including therapy, social work and mobile crisis. Grace earned her master’s degree in Clinical/Community Psychology from Norfolk State University and is a Certified Pre-screener in the state of Virginia.
Gina Dalessandro, Director of Risk and Performance Improvement
Gina has more than 26 years of demonstrated nursing and leadership experience. She has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, home health, and federally-qualified health centers and higher education. Gina is a Certified Registered Nurse and Corporate Compliance Officer and earned her MSN with a concentration in Leadership in Healthcare from Jacksonville University.
Barry Capretta, Director of Business Development
Barry has over 20 years of healthcare marketing and contract negotiation leadership in the South Florida area. Barry also has a background in business banking and has done consulting work for many large employers, municipalities and local governments in the area. Barry holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University with a focus in marketing and finance.
Annette DiPiero, Director of Human Resources
For over 25 years, Annette has been a human resources professional. She has worked in several settings including academic medicine, physical rehabilitation and consulting. Annette holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Albright College in Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston. Annette also holds the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources Management.
Shaun Ally, Director of Utilization Review
Shaun has more than nine years of experience helping patients in acute behavioral healthcare settings. He is currently credentialed by the State of Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor. He earned his master’s degree from Barry University.
Alison Saccento, Director of Health Information Management
Alison has eight years of leadership experience specific to behavioral healthcare in South Florida. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management from the College of St. Scholastica and is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA). Additionally, she earned her MBA from Florida Atlantic University with a concentration in International Business and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Charlie Sisson, Director of Plant Operations
Charlie Sisson retired from the U.S. Navy in 2003 as a Chief Machinist Mate after serving our country honorably for 23 years. He began working in a behavioral health facility in Virginia in 2005, and in 2016, he was selected to oversee the construction and ongoing facility management for Coral Shores Behavioral Health.
