Anisha Gulati

Anisha Gulati
Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Gulati graduated with Honors in Psychology from The University of Florida, received her Medical degree from The University of South Alabama School of Medicine, completed a clinical postdoctoral research fellowship at Boston University School of Medicine, and completed her Psychiatry residency training at The University of North Carolina. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry.
Her areas of specialty include mood disorders, psychotic disorders, crisis stabilization, geriatric mental health, addiction, and trauma. Dr. Gulati has a plethora of inpatient and outpatient experience working with children and adults and in 2018 was awarded the Charleston Choice Award for Best Psychiatrist in Charleston.
Dr. Gulati sincerely enjoys getting to know each of her patients as an individual and is a proponent of personalized integrative medicine. Dr. Gulati is also dedicated to increasing access to mental healthcare through innovation and education.

 

Katie Liogier-Weyback

Katie Liogier-Weyback, RN
Chief Nursing Officer

Katie has worked in acute psychiatric nursing leadership for the last six years. In addition to her nursing degree, Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Old Dominion University. Katie is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration.”

 

Grace Irving

Grace Irving, Director of Admissions
Grace has over 19 years of clinical and counseling experience in the acute and residential mental health treatment settings in various roles including therapy, social work and mobile crisis. Grace earned her master’s degree in Clinical/Community Psychology from Norfolk State University and is a Certified Pre-screener in the state of Virginia.

 

Gina D’Alessandro

Gina Dalessandro, Director of Risk and Performance Improvement
Gina has more than 26 years of demonstrated nursing and leadership experience. She has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, home health, and federally-qualified health centers and higher education. Gina is a Certified Registered Nurse and Corporate Compliance Officer and earned her MSN with a concentration in Leadership in Healthcare from Jacksonville University.

 

Annette DiPiero

Annette DiPiero, Director of Human Resources
For over 25 years, Annette has been a human resources professional. She has worked in several settings including academic medicine, physical rehabilitation and consulting. Annette holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Albright College in Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston. Annette also holds the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources Management.

 

Charles Sisson

Charlie Sisson, Director of Plant Operations
Charlie Sisson retired from the U.S. Navy in 2003 as a Chief Machinist Mate after serving our country honorably for 23 years. He began working in a behavioral health facility in Virginia in 2005, and in 2016, he was selected to oversee the construction and ongoing facility management for Coral Shores Behavioral Health.
