CEO
Angel has worked in the behavioral healthcare field for over 20 years; most of those years she has held leadership positions that included program development, clinical leadership/oversight, business development, and assessment and referral. Angel has served as a Chief Executive Officer for the past 4 years at various behavioral health hospitals. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in business from Virginia Commonwealth University. She begin working in the behavioral health field and later pursued her MSW and then her LCSW. Angel has an array of experience in working with adolescents, adults, active duty service members and veterans. She is passionate and dedicated to the behavioral health field and strives to improve the overall patient care systems and the patient experience.

 

Jennifer Allen

Jennifer Allen is originally from Long Island, New York but has lived with her husband and 2 children in South Florida since 2014. Jennifer received a scholarship to play Division I basketball for the University of North Carolina @ Wilmington. She graduated from UNCW in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Jennifer has more than 12 years of sales and business development experience in a variety of settings including the medical and pharmaceutical landscape.

 

Gina D’Alessandro

Gina has more than 26 years of demonstrated nursing and leadership experience. She has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, home health, and federally-qualified health centers and higher education. Gina is a Certified Registered Nurse and Corporate Compliance Officer and earned her MSN with a concentration in Leadership in Healthcare from Jacksonville University.

 

Grace Irving

Grace has over 19 years of clinical and counseling experience in the acute and residential mental health treatment settings in various roles including therapy, social work and mobile crisis. Grace earned her master’s degree in Clinical/Community Psychology from Norfolk State University and is a Certified Pre-screener in the state of Virginia.

 

Amanda Welsh, LCSW
Director Of Clinical Services
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Amanda has over 9 years’ experience having worked in acute inpatient psychiatry and emergency department settings. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Worcester State University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rhode Island College. Early in her career, she discovered a passion for acute mental health. Amanda began practicing as a social worker on inpatient units and worked up to leadership positions having oversight of clinicians and operations while still providing direct patient care. She is skilled in risk assessment, crisis intervention, and bringing together the whole treatment team to produce positive patient outcomes.
