Adolescent IOP – Hybrid Afterschool Intensive Program
Hybrid outpatient services are for adolescents ages 12 to 17 who may be struggling with mental health issues. Therapy takes place Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday after school from 4 to 7 pm.
Topics and health education covered in IOP therapy can include:
- Setting boundaries
- Building social skills
- Handling social anxiety
- Creating healthy relationships
- Referrals for food or housing
